Camping and activity fees allow us to commit our resources to programs that help communities of color skillfully enjoy the outdoors. We understand that life, the weather, and outdoor recreation can be unpredictable and while we make every effort to see our programs run successfully, sometimes things get in the way.
If The Bronze Chapter cancels a program for any reason we will work to find an alternative date or program that may fit your needs or we can offer a full refund.
For reservations that are canceled at least 40 days before the actual event date, or the first day of the event for multi-day events, we will refund 95% of what was paid. Only full cancellations are eligible for refunds, and we will not be able to accomodate partial refunds for any reason.
