Camping and activity fees allow us to commit our resources to programs that help communities of color skillfully enjoy the outdoors. We understand that life, the weather, and outdoor recreation can be unpredictable and while we make every effort to see our programs run successfully, sometimes things get in the way.
If The Bronze Chapter cancels a program for any reason we will work to find an alternative date or program that may fit your needs or we can offer a full refund.
All online bookings include a 6% booking fee for Fareharbor (our registration service). For reservations that are canceled at least 40 days before the actual event date, we will refund 95% of what was paid. Partial refunds do not include refund of the 6% Fareharbor booking fee. Only full cancellations are eligible for refunds, and we will not be able to accommodate partial refunds for any reason.
Please note that some events may have a different refund cancellation and policy than this, depending upon the logistics of the event. We try very hard to make this clear in each instance.
