Do you know what the laws are concerning , rules, and etiquette are on the bodies of water that you play on?

What’s the definition of a vessel? 

Washington state’s water safety and boating laws are primarily outlined in Chapter 79A.60 RCW.

Whether we’re using swim floaties, paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, sailboats, or powerboats, if  we’re playing on water it’s our responsibility to learn the laws, etiquette, and rules that apply to those places and that equipment.
